What we collect

• Mobile number and name for OTP login and the assigned pass
• A device identifier so a live QR stays bound to the phone that claimed it
• A face photo only when the desk marks that pass as face check-in
• The contact you pick when sending a pass — the full address book is not uploaded
• Gate scan times and whether entry was granted or denied

How we use it

• Send OTP and pass messages by SMS or WhatsApp
• Show your live QR and refresh it while the app is online
• Enroll an approved face on the venue readers so the gate can identify residents
• Let the desk assign, revoke, or reassign passes

Who sees it

Data is processed on Garden City event servers at event.gardencityankleshwar.com. Face templates may also be stored on the venue Dahua readers for check-in. SMS or WhatsApp providers receive only the number and message text needed to deliver a notice. We do not sell guest data.

How long we keep it

Pass and scan records are kept for the event and a short period after for audit. Face photos and reader enrollments are removed when a pass is revoked or when the venue asks us to delete them.

Your choices

You can sign out and surrender a claimed pass in the app. To correct a number or delete a face enrollment, contact the Garden City guest desk, or email ankit17121991@gmail.com.
